Taniquea was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, where she developed a passion for law and justice, and a heart for those who are hurting and in need of an advocate. She is passionate about helping those who need a voice and assistance in maneuvering the legal system.
Taniquea received her J.D. from St. Thomas University - School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude. While attending law school, she was among the select group of students who participated in the Pax/Romana United Nations Internship, where she was the Student Advisor for the Mission of Trinidad and Tobago.
